Anything Converter is made by David Hoogendam ("we"). The app does not ask you to create an account and does not store personal information on our servers. This page explains what data the app handles and why.
Your recent conversions, favourite units and settings are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app deletes them.
To show live currency rates, the app downloads the current rates from a rates provider. This request contains no personal data beyond what any internet connection reveals, such as your IP address. No conversion history is sent.
The app shows ads served by Google AdMob. To do this, Google receives technical information from your device such as the IP address, device model, operating system version and, if you allow it, the advertising identifier (IDFA). iOS asks for permission before the advertising identifier is used. If you decline, you still see ads, but they are not personalized. You can change this at any time in the iOS Settings app under Privacy & Security › Tracking. In the European Economic Area and the UK a consent form is shown for personalized ads.

The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data. Because we do not hold personal data ourselves, requests about advertising data are best handled through the iOS tracking setting and Google's controls at https://myadcenter.google.com. You can also contact us and we will point you in the right direction.
If this policy changes, the date at the top is updated.
