Open Settings in the game and tap Restore Purchases. This re-applies the purchase on this device. Nothing is charged again. If it does not help, make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used for the purchase.
Progress is saved on the device itself. If you restored the new phone from an iCloud or computer backup, your progress came along. Without a backup it cannot be recovered. Remove Ads can always be restored from Settings.
The score is the part of the shape you colored, minus everything you colored outside the shape, as a percentage of the shape's area. You pass when the score lands inside the band shown on the result bar. An exact hit (within half a percent) earns bonus coins.
You can skip it with coins (25 for Easy, 50 for Medium, 100 for Hard) or use a hint. Coins come from passing levels, the daily video in the Shop, or coin packs.
In iOS: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking and switch off Split Shape. In the EU and UK you can also change your ad consent in the game under Settings › Privacy Settings.
All game data lives on your device; deleting the app deletes it. Advertising and analytics data is handled by Google, see the privacy policy for the controls.
Sign in to Game Center in the iOS Settings app. The game syncs achievements and leaderboards automatically when you are signed in; the Settings screen in the game shows the status.
Purchases are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in and choose the purchase.
