Open Settings in the game and tap Restore Purchases. This re-applies the purchase on this device; nothing is charged again. If it does not help, make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used for the purchase.
Progress is saved on the device itself. If you restored the new phone from an iCloud or computer backup, your progress came along. Without a backup it cannot be recovered. Remove Ads and the Everything Pack can always be restored from Settings.
Coins depend on how fast you solve it: within 10 seconds pays 6, 8 or 10 coins (Easy, Medium, Hard), within 20 seconds 3, 4 or 5, and slower than that 1 coin. Only the first solve of a puzzle pays; replays show your time but no coins. The daily puzzle pays 15 coins once a day.
Use a hint: Letter (5 coins) fills one slot, Remove (8) greys out the decoy letters, Clue (10) shows a one-line description, and Free letter plays a short video for a letter. Solve (25, 35 or 50 coins depending on difficulty) fills in the whole answer and lets you move on.
Answers use common English spelling and titles. If you are sure something is wrong, email us the category, the puzzle number and what you think the answer should be. We check every report.
The daily puzzle changes at midnight in your device's time zone and is the same for everyone that day. If it looks stuck, close the app completely and open it again.
